Use of This Website
By accessing the Smugglers Cove website you agree to these terms. The site is operated by The Black Pearl Distillery Ltd. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.
Bookings
Table bookings are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or amend bookings where necessary. Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Bar Trailer Hire
Hire enquiries are subject to a separate hire agreement. A deposit is required to secure your date. Full terms will be provided upon confirmation of your booking.
Age Restrictions
Smugglers Cove is a licensed premises. We operate a Challenge 25 policy. Valid ID may be required. We reserve the right to refuse service.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, branding and design, is the property of The Black Pearl Distillery Ltd and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
